Picture this:
You finally brought the truck home. It's everything you worked for — and right now it looks exactly like every other one that rolled off the lot. Stock height. Stock stance. Sitting a little nose-down, a little apologetic.
Now picture it three inches taller. Level. Planted. And tucked up behind the wheels, a custom-colored lift system catching the light in a finish you picked. Not black. Not raw. A blue that ties into your wheels. A two-tone overlay nobody at the meet has seen — because nobody else could give it to them.
That's the difference between the truck you bought and the truck you built.
And here's what it really gets you: every morning, you walk up to it and catch yourself grinning. Not just on show day — every day. Because this one isn't like every other truck in the lot. It's yours, and you get to drive it.
That's the whole reason we're here. Love what you drive.
This is where it starts.
Here's what the other guys hand you: a spacer, a bag of brackets, and one color choice. Black. Raw if you're lucky.
Want it powder-coated to match your build? Call for a quote. Wait. Pay extra. Cross your fingers it shows up the right shade.
Want to see it on your truck before you commit? Good luck. Most companies expect you to drop a grand and trust it'll look right when the box lands on your porch.
And the parts themselves? Off the shelf. The same kit on a thousand other trucks.
There's a better way to do this.
The TSO 4.5" Lift System gives you the one thing every other kit holds back: complete control over how your truck looks.
Choose from 12 standard powder coat colors — or match any color in the Prismatic Powders catalog, 5,500+ options deep. Run a two-tone. Tie your brackets to your wheels. Make a statement on the trail or a clean sleeper on the street. Your call, every piece.
Then see it before you spend a dollar. Our interactive builder renders your exact setup in real time — change a color, add an overlay, watch it update, watch the price update with it. No quotes. No guessing. No "I hope it matches."
See it. Build it. Drive it.
You came here for the look. Here's the part you get for free.
Most 3" kits raise the front and quietly wreck everything else. A bare spacer rotates your front axle, drags your caster down, and throws your track bar and drag link out of line. That's the wandering, the darting, the chase-every-rut steering that gives lifted trucks their bad name.
Ours does the opposite. Factory caster on these trucks is a thin 2.5°. Our radius arm drop bracket relocates the factory arms 4.5 inches and sets you between 3° and 4° — more caster than you rolled off the lot with. That's what makes the truck track dead straight, center itself in the lane, and bring the wheel back on its own coming out of a turn. The track bar drop and corrected drag link pull your steering back into line and kill the bump steer.
You'll feel it on the first on-ramp.
But you'll see it every time you walk up to the truck.
Radius Arm Drop — included. Reuses your factory radius arms, drops them 4.5" to set 3-4° of caster, and gets you a clean, planted, dialed-in front end right out of the gate. Powder-coated to match the rest of your build.
Front 4-Link — the upgrade. Replaces your radius arms entirely with a precision four-link front end. More hardware on display means more to customize and color — and it controls your caster and pinion through the full range of travel, not just at ride height. The result is better articulation, a smoother ride when the front end is working, and the most finished front end we build.
Here's the best part: when you step up to the 4-Link, the cost of the radius arm drop rolls right into it. You're not paying twice.
A lift gets you height. This is what makes it look finished.
Add the mini cradle and traction bars and the whole build comes together — the rear fills out, the lines tie front to back, and your color carries all the way through instead of stopping at the front axle. With the 4-Link or radius arm drop, this is the piece that takes your truck from lifted to done.
And while it's completing the look, it's working underneath. The traction bars plant your power and kill the axle wrap and wheel hop under hard throttle or a loaded trailer. Same in-house fabrication, same custom color — front to back, one truck, one vision.
One note: the traction bars are the only part of the build that requires drilling and tapping to mount. Everything else bolts to factory locations.

See It Before You Build It Our builder doesn't hand you a "Stage 1 / Stage 2" parts list and wish you luck. It walks you through your truck one decision at a time:
Real-time rendering. Live pricing. You see exactly what shows up at your door, before you spend a cent.
Build on Your Timeline Start with the 4.5" System and add components as your build evolves. Every piece is engineered to integrate — lay the foundation now, finish the vision when you're ready.
Made in Blountville, Tennessee Every bracket is laser-cut in our facility. Every component is powder coated in our booth. Every system is built by our team. Heavy-duty USA-sourced materials, zero outsourcing, and a Limited Lifetime Warranty behind it. Built by people who turn wrenches, haul loads, and care about the details — because it's their truck too.
Can I really choose any color? Yes. 9 standard colors in base pricing, plus the full Prismatic Powders catalog — 5,500+ options. Two-tone overlays on every component. Use the builder to see your exact colors before you order.
Does my rear lift too? This is a front-lift system. It levels out the factory nose-down rake for a planted, aggressive stance — the front ends up sitting just slightly high of the rear. Your rear stays at factory height. That's the look most guys are after; if you want more rear height, talk to us about pairing it with rear options.
Is it hard to install? The 4.5" System is 100% bolt-on — every piece mounts to factory locations, with no drilling, tapping, or welding. The only exception is if you add traction bars, which need a little drilling and tapping.
Radius arm drop or 4-Link — which do I need? The included radius arm drop sets 3-4° of caster and drives great for a street-and-tow truck. The 4-Link is the upgrade for the owner who wants the ultimate front end, more to customize, and the best ride when the suspension's working hard. And the radius arm cost rolls into the 4-Link, so stepping up doesn't mean paying twice.
Will it still drive right after a lift? Better than a lot of stock trucks. Factory caster is only 2.5°; our drop bracket sets you at 3-4° and we correct the track bar and drag link. It tracks straight and centers in the lane.
Do I have to buy everything at once? No. Start with the 4.5" System and add traction bars, shocks, a stabilizer, or a 4-Link upgrade whenever you're ready. It all works together.
How long until it ships? Typically 1-2 weeks from order to ship. All powder coating is done in-house in Blountville, TN.
That's not a slogan we stamp on a box. It's the reason we build what we build.
A truck you're proud to pull up in. A stance that's unmistakably yours. Something you actually look forward to climbing into every single morning — not because it's the most expensive rig on the road, but because it's yours, and nobody else has one like it.
Open the builder, pick your colors, and let's build the one you'll love driving.
