Match your tip to your build. Devil's in the details.

Truck builds are all about details. Details that tie your build together. Details that set your build apart. Details turn your daily driver into a daily neck breaker. Details that don't break the bank.

A TSO Exhaust Tip for half the price of a cheap lift kit... Now that's value.

Patented Design. Security, that's why.

Patented Tabbed Inlet Design is a breeze to install. With an innovative air pass-through, your tip is sure to stay cool and look, killer. Featuring a bolt-through design with stainless steel hardware, your tip is mounted, Securely. We set out to make an exhaust tip that looked killer and functioned better than it looks. With crime rates rising, you can have the confidence in knowing it will be a difficult task for someone to remove your tip in a hurry. If someone wants it bad enough, they can remove it, but they will have a time getting it off.

Octagon. Because no one has ever said, "That's a badass round tip."

Octagon exhaust tips are the future. And the future is here. Featuring clean lines and sharp edges. There's nothing boring about octagon exhaust tips. Overlays fit effortlessly onto the faces and give TSO Exhaust Tips a custom look you cannot get anywhere else.

Show-quality finishes. For high-quality builds.

From the halls of SEMA to the faded lines of the Wal-Mart parking lot, your build deserves nothing but the best. Every exhaust tip we make is held to the same standards as the tips we send to be displayed on the trucks at SEMA.

Show-quality finishes demand a two-day process and an incredible eye for detail. Of course, we could have cheaped out to save a few bucks, but what's the fun in that? Quality and details are what make a TSO Exhaust Tip a TSO Exhaust Tip.

About Us!

My name is Ben Mottern, some like to call me Mr. Tristar, and I started TSO at 17 years old in a high school welding class. To be 100% honest, I sold the first exhaust tip before the semester started, so you could say I had to learn how to weld pretty darn quick.

The next summer, I went off to fulfill my dream of playing college baseball. While at college, I had a 12'x7' trailer parked outside of my apartment that I used to work in after practices. Just across the parking lot was my dad's flat bed trailer. I had rigged his trailer into sheet metal brake that I used to bend the tips and stacks into the octagon shape that we are known for now.

It wasn't long before my dream of playing college baseball came to an end. At the end of my first semester, I decided to quit baseball, transfer and move back home to allocate more time to the growing business.

When I came back home, I needed more space, so I moved into the 15'x10' shed beside my parent's house. By this time, I was building around 15 to 20 tips and stacks per month, which at the time, was crazy!

Fast forward 3 years to today and things have changed... alot. We have gone from 15-20 tips per month to 20+ tips per day! With the increased volume, we have remained true to putting quality and customization first. We take pride in providing the highest quality exhaust tips to truck enthusiasts with the highest degrees of customization. Each tip has continued to be TIG welded by hand, inspected multiple times for quality control and powder coated by none other than the best in the business, Victor at Black Label Coatings, as if it were Day 1. And we intend to keep it that way.
